## Overview

Who is Cambridge Savings Bank?

Cambridge Savings Bank is a full-service banking institution with $7 billion in assets. As a community bank, CSB is committed to improving the quality of life of its employees, customers, and the communities it serves. One of the oldest and largest community banks in New England, CSB offers a full line of individual and business banking services.

Why is Cambridge Savings Bank acquiring First Seacoast Bank?

This acquisition brings together two leading institutions who share values, complementary strengths, and a long-term commitment to customers and local communities. Together, the combined organization will be well positioned for sustainable growth and expanded capabilities — including a larger lending capacity, enhanced digital services, and a robust treasury management team.

What will the bank be called?

Upon completion of the merger, First Seacoast Bank will become Cambridge Savings Bank. The branches you know and trust are staying the same.

What does this acquisition mean to me?

You will benefit from enhanced products, new services, improved technology, an expanded branch and ATM network, increased lending capacity, and a larger relationship team — all while maintaining the local decision-making you've come to expect.

Will my bankers still be here to work with me?

Yes. The same knowledgeable and friendly bankers at your branch will continue to serve you. Day-to-day banking relationships remain unchanged.

Will branch hours change?

No changes to branch hours are planned at this time.

Will branch locations close?

No branch closures are planned at this time.

Will deposits still be insured by the FDIC?

Yes. Your deposits remain protected under applicable FDIC insurance limits of $250,000 per depositor, per account ownership category.  However, going forward, because the two banks have been combined into one, deposit accounts previously held with First Seacoast Bank will be combined with any additional deposit accounts held at Cambridge Savings Bank (FDIC certificate #17870) for the purpose of calculating FDIC insurance limits and will not be separately insured.

What should I do if I have additional questions?

You should continue contacting your local branch or customer service team as you normally would. For investor inquiries, contact investorrelations@firstseacoastbank.com.

Can I still open a personal account online?

Yes — where you go depends on which best describes you.

**I am new to Cambridge Savings Bank and planning to bank mostly online.**
Visit [cambridgesavings.com](https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.cambridgesavings.com/personal/banking/checking__;!!CQkLjon6SPDefOg4utA!4wL7Hx34dkEO5mjRQ6noaj0Bmohol2viwwImhUXAyNP7LfAYREtJxYHn9JdNQrnr_rF74eENP4SeNEqJ8Qhig747cmAk1w$) to find an account that fits your needs.

**I would rather open with a banker in person.**
Stop by any of our five New Hampshire branches — Barrington, Dover, Durham, Portsmouth, or Rochester — and we'll open your account together. Whether you're new to us or you've banked with us for years, we'll find your account fit.

**I'm already a First Seacoast Bank customer and I use Online Banking.**
To open additional accounts through online banking, log in to your existing online banking and open your new account right there. If you'd rather have a banker walk you through it instead, you're always welcome at any of our NH branches.

Not sure which path fits? Call us at 603.742.4680 and we'll help point you in the right direction.

What is changing with outgoing wires?

Effective October 1, 2026, outgoing wire transfers may be subject to a call-back verification. A banker will call a phone number already on file to confirm wire details before the transfer is processed.

## Timeline

When did the acquisition occur?

Investment and insurance products and services will continue to be offered through OSAIC INSTITUTIONS, INC., Member FINRA/SIPC. Products are not FDIC-insured and are subject to investment risk.

## Community

What does this acquisition mean for the communities you serve?

As a combined institution, the acquisition strengthens our ability to invest in local people, organizations, and businesses — continuing the tradition of making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

## Fraud & Security

Is my money still safe?

Will my personal or financial information be shared?

Your security and privacy is our top priority. Cambridge Savings Bank Privacy Policy applies to consumer, business, commercial customers, applicants, and former customers of Cambridge Savings Bank. It details our privacy and security practices regarding our relationship with you, including sharing of information between our affiliates. How do I protect myself from fraud during this transition?

When banks announce major changes, fraudsters may attempt to exploit the situation. We will never call, email, or text requesting personal information, login credentials, or computer access. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it immediately to the bank by calling us at 603.742.4680.

## Communications & Updates
